20ml Lemoncello
4 Grapefruit chunks (skinned)
10ml Lemon juice
2 Kaffir lime leaf
Top with lemonade

Mixology

Muddle fruit and juice, add all ingredients and stir with crushed ice. Top with lemonade. Garnish with a swizzle stick and Kaffir lime leaf.
