Carl and Eileen Robley are originally from North West England\. They moved to California with their two children in 2005 and then to the East Coast in 2011\. After eight years of living in Syracuse, they chose to move to Kennebunkport for the breathtaking views and friendly folk along with the history and spectacular coastlines that reminded them of home\.

Before becoming Innkeepers, Carl worked in communications and Eileen was a healthcare professional\. Carl is a tinkerer and enjoys taking things apart and putting them back together – he has been known to dismantle and reassemble a computer all in one day\. He is an avid Leicester City supporter and likes to go fishing when he has free time\.

Eileen enjoys spending time reading, some of her favorite authors are Terry Pratchett and Robert Jordan, anyone who writes about mythical and magical worlds can be found on her shelves\. She also enjoys reading John Irving and Margaret Atwood\. She is a keen, although amateur gardener and photographer and likes to take long walks when time allows\.
