After spending years visiting B&Bs and raising their 3 daughters, Ron & Stephanie Wood decided to follow their dream of becoming innkeepers\. During Ron’s 30 years in corporate business development positions for various industries, he built strong financial and business skills as well as soft interpersonal skills managing diverse clients around the world\. After studying psychology/sociology, Stephanie spent the majority of her adult life being a mother and raising their 3 daughters\. While spending time in social work and volunteering for community leadership roles and fundraising events, Stephanie developed a love and gift for cooking\. During their frequent relocations, they developed an interest in renovating and decorating old homes like the Manor House\. Ron & Stephanie are excited to welcome you to the Arrowhead Inn\.
