They have restored and operated the award\-winning Maple Hill Manor Bed & Breakfast in Springfield, Kentucky, and have expanded their inn portfolio to include Bourbon Manor\. Their passion for historic preservation, cooking, gardening, hospitality, and delighting their guests while multitasking has made them a success story in the B&B industry\. Todd and Tyler’s love for bourbon and promoting Bourbon Country, as official Bourbon Stewards, inspired their desire to live and operate a second B&B in the Bourbon Capital of The World\. Together, they envision transforming Bourbon Manor into a unique bourbon destination\. Centrally located on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, it is a bourbon lover’s paradise, where bourbon is celebrated and enjoyed every day of the year\! Custom itineraries and transportation packages can be arranged through the B&B\. Todd is a descendant of Colonel E\. H\. Taylor, who started the Old Taylor brand of bourbon in Frankfort, at what is now known as Buffalo Trace, and his great\-grandfather worked at Wild Turkey in Lawrenceburg for nearly 40 years\. Since 2001, Todd has promoted bourbon distilleries and other related attractions\. His favorite drink continues to be Kentucky bourbon\. Todd has been a board member of the Bed & Breakfast Association of Kentucky for over 20 years, serving as President three times, Vice President, Corresponding Secretary, and chairing several committees, including Marketing, Conference Planning, Green Lodging, Fundraising, Education, and Legislative\. He has also served on the Advisory Council Board of the Professional Association of Innkeepers International \(PAII\)\. Most recently, he was elected to the Bardstown Tourism Commission Board, where he served as Chairman from 2017 to 2022\. Tyler’s love for bourbon is rooted in his award\-winning recipes, many of which feature bourbon as a key ingredient\. He aspires to complete his cookbook project, which will showcase numerous bourbon\-related recipes based on his 20 years of experience as a chef at Maple Hill Manor\.
