I am what they call a Francophile, meaning I love anything and everything French\.  My Mother was French, family comes from the Alsace Region of France and my Daughter lives in France with my three Grandsons\.\.\.so I fly for visits often\.  When I was a child I lived in French Morocco, in Casablanca and then as I teenage I lived for 5 years in the Loire Valley of France\.  I like celebrating all things French, the way of life, the wines and especially the cuisine\.  In our cooking school we teach French cuisine\.  Hope you will come to join me here and experience the Joie de Vivre of the French\.
