Hello, my name is Eric, and I’m thrilled you’re considering our condo for your next vacation on Florida’s beautiful Emerald Coast\.  

For over 15 years, my wife and I have been vacationing in this incredible area, and we fell in love with its charm, natural beauty, and laid\-back vibe\. So much so that we decided to invest in a second home here—and now we’re excited to share our “happy place” with you\!  

A little about me: Before diving into real estate in the Atlanta area, I enjoyed a long and successful career as a chef\. Hospitality has always been at the heart of what I do, whether it’s creating a memorable dining experience or helping clients find their dream homes\.  

When I’m not working, you’ll find me skiing, surfing, boating, or simply enjoying the great outdoors\. I also love getting lost in a good book—especially when paired with a view of the Gulf\!  

We aim for you to feel relaxed, comfortable, and right at home during your stay\. We look forward to hosting you and helping you create unforgettable 30A memories\.
