Steve and Claire Lohrmann own and operate Best of OC Condo Rentals\.  They have been traveling to Ocean City since their childhood producing great family memories\! They have had an Ocean City condo in their family since 1992, and they started offering it to others to enjoy in 2001 \- renting it out via a local firm\.

As their family grew they purchased a second larger unit in Belmont Towers, also renting it to others\.  With the price reductions in 2009 they purchased additional condos and started Best of OC Condo Rentals, renting their 8 condos directly through VRBO and TripAdvisor\. They very much enjoy renting directly to their guests without a middleman\. “By being in contact with our guests we can be more helpful  and assist them to have a great vacation\.

Over the past 11 years, they have grown by adding units from other condo owners as well as investors , and the count is now up to 37 units\! “We enjoy offering great choice properties to our guests\!  All are modern, clean places to stay for a fun time at the beach\. We, \(Steve and Claire\) are very proud of the over 1,000 5 Star reviews on VRBO and Airbnb\.
