Missy & John Hillock are the owners & innkeepers at Chateau Bourbon, a bourbon\-themed luxury bed and breakfast in the vibrant east\-end Louisville, KY neighborhood Norton Commons\. Missy and John specialize in serving guests a 3\-course bourbon\-infused breakfast each morning during their stay at the inn\. The nightly happy hour showcases the couple's mixology knowledge and boozy baking skills while offering guests a specialty cocktail and dessert each evening\. With a passion for made\-from\-scratch southern food, Missy & John firmly believe that butter and cream make everything better\! 

Missy has won honors in a variety of cooking competitions including the Cake Boss’s “Bake It Like Buddy” Season 1 winner and the bourbon cooking competitions at the Kentucky State Fair\. John has a variety of craft\-based hobbies, including creating items from wood, metal and leather\. Several of his custom pieces are on display or in use at the property\. Together, John & Missy enjoy traveling the world\. Missy is a developmental psychologist and John recently retired from a 26\-year career as an Aircraft Rescue Firefighter\.
