What started as a brother/sister duo investing in some properties in their hometown of Kansas City, Clemons Hospitality has grown to own multiple Boutique Art Hotels and Single\-Family Home rentals in multiple locations\. We manage Southmoreland on the Plaza and Oak Street Mansion, which are both turn\-of\-the\-century mansions turned into Boutique Art Hotels, conveniently located near and partnering with KCAI, The Nelson Atkins, and The Kemper art museums in Kansas City, Missouri\. We also have a few Single\-Family Homes in the area\. And in Silverthorne, Colorado we have two more, beautiful homes with hot tubs that are great for gatherings and getaways\!
