It is secluded on 7\.5 wooded acres on top of a scenic ridge overlooking the massive Swan Mountain Range\. The eastern boundary of the property looks straight toward State and National Forests, and Bob Marshall Wilderness Area\. You will feel as though you are far from town and neighbors\. But the highway going through Seeley Lake is less than five minutes away\! The Bears Den is a daylight, walk\-out basement with over 1400 square feet of living space\. The Whitetail View is an upstairs suite of 700 square feet\. Both have their own private access from the outside\. Relax at the home and enjoy the occasional wildlife right on the property\. There are regular visits from friendly photogenic whitetail deer\. After a day of adventure enjoy an evening of solitude, a meal and quiet serenity, sit in the hot tub on a deck overlooking the Swan Mountains, or just enjoy your private area\. You are most welcome to enjoy any part of the yard\. We have corn hole boards available\! Feel free to use that equipment in the yard\. Both units have a dedicated parking spot under the carport with additional parking in our large, paved parking area\. The only shared spaces are outside\. We live in one separate section of this large home\. You will have plenty of privacy with us readily available as your dedicated hosts\. \(Please be advised that we do not allow pets on the property for the reasons specified below\.\) Seeley Lake, Montana is a beautiful resort mountain town\. It is surrounded by pristine mountains, a string of lakes, river and mountain streams\. Our groomed snowmobile and ski trails are unrivaled\. Reserve either of the two private access spaces in our home as your convenient base with quick access to all this area has to offer\. It is 1/2 mile from the groomed snowmobile, ATV and hiking/biking/skiing trailheads that link you all the way to the Bob Marshall Wilderness at the top of the mountains\! There is a picnic table and a sitting area right outside, along with a firepit \(when not restricted locally\)\. Additionally, you'll have a rocking glider and bench next to the hot tub viewing deck\. Each rental space has their own private propane grill\. There is plenty of paved parking for a few vehicles with trailers\. \(Back up skills required\.\) Snow mobiles are welcome around town\. Our 200\-yard\-long driveway and paved parking area are plowed regularly during winter\. Four wheel drive, or at least front wheel drive become useful in winter\. You'll have close access to everything you come to Seeley Lake for\! It is your beautiful Seeley Lake Lodging base while you fish, boat, hunt, snowmobile, explore mountain roads, pick huckleberries \(July/August\), hike, water ski, jet ski, cross\-country ski, or just enjoy the amazing scenery\. Four seasons of mountain and lake adventures\! Animals are not allowed because there could be conflicts with other animals on the property\. We have a herd of very friendly deer that spend a lot of time in and around the yard\. Some will even allow you to touch them\. That is a very positive experience for many of our guests\. We would be glad to help you enjoy that experience\. We also rarely see bears \(never grizzlies\) and mountain lions, but we have seen them in the yard\. They avoid people, but they are natural "hunters" and sometimes kill pets around town\. For these reasons, as well as potential allergy problems, we do not accept animals on the property\.
