# Getaways by PCB Retreats ## Overview - **Type:** Professional vacation rental property manager - **Based in:** Panama City Beach, Florida - **Active properties on Savvy:** 28 ## About We don't want to give you the same boring spiel because we started this company to provide excellent communication, assist owners in maximizing revenue, and create a stress\-free experience for both owners & guests\. When we first started our short term rental journey in 2010, we purchased properties in Panama City Beach, FL and trusted our vacation homes with local property management companies\. After several negative experiences \(we won’t share names\!\) our family decided to move and fully commit to providing our guests with the best possible experience\. We strive to provide homes that our own family would love to stay at which is why you’ll see that our homes have something that everyone in the family will enjoy\. A number of our homes have some or all of the amenities: \-Basic baby equipment \(highchair, pack\-n\-play, & dishes for children\) \-BBQS & BBQ utensils \-Beach essentials: beach wagons, beach chairs, & coolers Bicycles Board games & puzzles \-Game rooms equipped with pool tables, foosball, ping pong, air hockey, pop\-a\-shot, and video game consoles \-GuestView Guide: interactive touchscreen that allows contactless check\-in/check\-out, contact information, local attractions and more\! \-High speed internet \-Hot tubs / jacuzzi tubs \-Large pools with heating options during the winter \-Linens with additional bedding \-Outdoor furniture \-Smart TVs \-Washer/Dryer \-Well equipped kitchens \-Wi\-Fi \-Our efforts to provide an excellent guest experience has awarded us with over 15,000 guest stays and over 700 5\-star reviews\. After establishing what works best, we decided we want to help other owners offer successful vacation rentals and began to offer property management services\. We now proudly provide vacation rentals in Panama City Beach, FL, Orlando, FL, and Gatlinburg, TN\. We walk every property before we accept any home we manage to ensure they are well\-stocked and prepared for future guests\. We hope you view the wonderful homes we have to offer and trust us with your next family vacation to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches, Walt Disney World, or The Smoky Mountains\! \- The Getaways Family ## Featured Properties - [Beach Happy \| Balcony, Pool \+ Walk to Beach]() — Panama City Beach, Florida, 2 BR, sleeps 6, from $179/night - [Cape Calm \| Modern Beach Retreat w/ Pool & Office Space]() — Panama City Beach, Florida, 3 BR, sleeps 11, from $120/night - [Blue Tide Hideaway \~ Beach Retreat w/ Golf Cart \+ Spa]() — Panama City, Florida, 2 BR, sleeps 8, from $250/night - [Casa De Riviera \| Pool, Dock \+ Lakefront Views]() — Panama City Beach, Florida, 3 BR, sleeps 8, from $1500/night - [Guava Ohana \~ Cozy Coastal Home w/ Spa & Backyard Oasis]() — Panama City Beach, Florida, 4 BR, sleeps 14, from $320/night - [Lost Pearl \| Charming Historic Home w/ Private Beach Access]() — Panama City Beach, Florida, 3 BR, sleeps 8, from $450/night - [Towne Treasures B \~ Brand\-New Luxe Coastal Retreat with Private Cocktail Pool]() — Panama City Beach, Florida, 5 BR, sleeps 12, from $1100/night - [Sea\-Jay \| Gulf Views, Walk to Beach & Pier]() — Panama City Beach, Florida, 3 BR, sleeps 9, from $450/night - [Gone Coastal \~ Private Pool \+ Lake Views, Near PCB Beach]() — Panama City Beach, Florida, 2 BR, sleeps 6, from $199/night - [Walk to the beach • Cozy coastal cottage • Private outdoor space • Free Wi\-Fi • Great location]() — Panama City Beach, Florida, 2 BR, sleeps 6, from $151/night ## Around the Web - **Website:** - **Facebook:** ## Book Direct - **Profile URL:** https://www.savvy.com/accounts/getaways-by-pcb-retreats-B_1Q - **Platform:** Savvy (savvy.com) - **Fees:** No guest service fees - **Phone:** \+18773441275 - **Email:** reservations@pcbretreats\.com --- *Data provided by Savvy.
