In New York City, we met at a fitness studio where we were both working\. After a year of friendship, we realized we never wanted to be without each other\!

Together, we started educating other trainers around the world and traveled internationally for years\. Through our travels, we loved staying at AirBnBs that made us feel like we were at home\.

We moved from New York to Arizona in 2018 and were blown away by the lifestyle, nature, food, and beauty\.

While we still work in the fitness \+ wellness industry from home, we wanted to tie together our passions of travel and wellness\.

Now, we are creating an experience for people like you to explore Arizona, rest, and recover so that you can go home recharged\.
