We specialize in vacation and annual rentals\. Marco Island Vacation Properties® is family owned and operated, and we’ve been introducing visitors to this tropical wonderland since 1989\. We want to make everything about your vacation as laid\-back and hassle\-free as the lifestyle here, so we developed a vacation rental App that’s like having your own personal tour guide\. It gives you all the information you need to know, before, during and after your stay: Arrival tips\. Directions to the property\. Tips on how to best enjoy all the amenities the property has to offer\. If you get lost, the App helps you locate your rental property using your phone’s GPS\. It also maps out restaurants, beaches, parks, special attractions and everywhere else you want to go\. Our heritage\.
Marco Island Vacation Properties® was purchased by Michael Vale on January 8, 2008\. Michael was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts and graduated from Bentley College with a B\.A\. in accounting\. He also attended the Bentley College Graduate School for taxation\. He became a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts in 1978, and in Florida in 2006\. From 2008 – 2012, he was the broker/owner of Marco Island’s largest franchised real estate agency\. Michael has been married to his loving wife Donna for over 40 years\. He’s the proud father of nine children, five of whom have joined him at Marco Island Vacation Properties®\.
