The Bluff House was built partially into the ground, and used natural stone from the mountain side, painstakingly brought up and used to complete a one\-of\-a\-kind home with a million\-dollar view\. Other rentals have been restored from previous generations of use, as well as their original purposes: brooding houses\. The Old Ingman Farm raise dairy cattle and chickens, and many buildings were employed for husbandry\.
