Located on the top floor, our condo boasts an unbeatable 180\-degree oceanfront view that will leave you mesmerized\. We call it Annies Surf Shack, and it's decorated in a vintage surf motif with a luxurious twist\. You'll even catch some of the most amazing sunsets you've ever seen\!

But what sets our condo apart from the rest? It's simple\. We take pride in ensuring that our vacation home is clean, comfortable, and in tip\-top shape\. We've recently remodeled, and we're always updating and repairing things to make sure everything is just right\. Plus, we provide so many extras, like beach gear, extra pillows, and even smart TVs with all your favorite streaming services\. And did we mention the screened security doors that let you feel the ocean breeze when you sleep? Trust us, there's no comparison to the other condos in our building or the area\.

Our condo comfortably sleeps four people, and you might even spot sea turtles and whales right from our balcony/lanai\. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby that we'd be happy to recommend\. So pack your bags, grab your beach gear \(which we've got covered\), and come enjoy a vacation you'll never forget\!
