Wendy is a mother of 2 adult boys, 27 and 28 years old living in Merida and Mexicali, respectively, and a lovely adult 33 year old daughter who is married and living in California with her husband\. Wendy was born and raised in Mexico City and is both a Mexican and German citizen\. Craig met Wendy in September of 2020\. Moving to Puerto Penasco from Southern California, Craig is a Realtor here in Sonora, partners with Wendy in Property Management and is the Host of an OnLine TV show called HOLA Rocky Point\! With all this activity going on Craig and Wendy now serve 16 clients and 25 properties, both as a Superhosts\. Craig has a 32 year old daughter, who is living in Texas, married with 2 incredible children and a 28 year old son who is married and living in Oregon\. We married on June 30, 2023\! We offer 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom condos at Casa Blanca Golf Villas Resort, 2 beach front condos at Princesa, 2 beachfront condos at the Sonoran Sea, 1 at Sonoran Sky and another 2 bedroom at Bella Sirena\. We have 2 condos near El Mirador about 5 blocks from the beach\. Since Covid\-19 we have changed to a self check\-in system, however many of the resorts have a front desk or check in process\. We enjoy good relationships with all the resort staff and they help our guests enjoy great vacations while here\. We monitor our phones continually and are always a phone call or text away\. We live in Bella Sirena, in the heart of Sandy beach, all year round, within 2\-5 minutes of all the properties we manage\. We love to travel to rental properties as well\. We welcome you to come and enjoy Rocky Point, or Puerto Penasco, as the locals call it and relax, nap, swim, golf, play tennis, jump in the sea, go on a sunset cruise, or any of the other many things to do here\.
