Founded in 1990, Seaside Vacations is a family\-owned and operated, full\-service property management and vacation home provider located on North Carolina’s Outer Banks\.

We offer a wide variety of Outer Banks vacation rentals in Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head, Manteo, and  Hatteras Island\. Thirst For Knowledge: The Seaside Vacations management team understands that when you stop learning you stop growing\. We provide multiple educational resources for our team throughout the year such as trips to national Vacation Rental Management Association conferences\. We also encourage our team to come to sign up for classes and seminars that will help them grow in their role with the company\.

Community: We know that it takes teamwork to build a better community\. In 2013, Coldwell Banker\-Seaside Realty and Seaside Vacations implemented “Seaside Cares” as our official charitable giving campaign\. Thanks to the help of our amazing guests, each year Seaside Vacations collects and donates hundreds of pounds of food to the local Food Pantry which results in hundreds of meals provided to the local community\. In addition, Seaside Vacations adopts local families each year through the Angel Tree program to ensure a good Christmas for those in need\. Donations to these programs, and others throughout the year, such as the Sonder Project, are matched by our owner Gordon Jones\.
