In 2013, Coldwell Banker\-Seaside Realty and Seaside Vacations implemented “Seaside Cares” as our official charitable giving campaign\. Thanks to the help of our amazing guests, each year Seaside Vacations collects and donates hundreds of pounds of food to the local Food Pantry which results in hundreds of meals provided to the local community\. In addition, Seaside Vacations adopts local families each year through the Angel Tree program to ensure a good Christmas for those in need\.
