Willkommen \(Welcome\) to New Braunfels where are River’s flow freely, People play, and Sun is Hot in the Summer\. 

I have owned vacation overnight rentals since 1999 and owned my own management company since 2005\. At one point in my management career, I managed close to a hundred condos and homes for people all over the United States\. My goal was to retire when I hit a hundred properties and sell my company\. I did just that, traveled and worked my “real job” selling real estate\. I left four of my resort overnight homes with the new management company until 2020 when I got bored and needed something to do\. That’s when I decided to start up Vacations by Seidel Properties and manage my own properties\. I like meeting people, talking with them on the phone, or even just sending text messages\. I think the guest likes the connection of knowing someone cares about them staying in my homes\. This is why I do what I do, and Vacations by Seidel Properties is what it is\.
