I started managing vacation rentals as a side gig to my fulltime career\. Over the years I have been able to design a standard for management like no other\. When you hire Watchful Eye Caretaking & Property Management, LLC you hire experience\. I didn't start this during Covid\. I will be here after the novelty has worn off for the people that did\. I am honest and upfront\. I have worked hard to get where I am\. The owners of properties I manage become like family\. I get birth announcements, wedding invitations etc\. If you want someone that can handle everything related to your short term rental give me a call\. I will not manage properties that the owners want to manage and just have me available for guests and set up cleanings\. WE ARE NOT A CLEANING SERVICE\! I hire my own cleaners and train them and they only clean houses I manage so if its a cleaning service you are looking for I am not for you\.
