Four miles to Disney World and only a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, I Drive, Reunion Championship Golf and many more local attractions\. The house is designed to give you a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of your daily lives\. The private pool and lounge area is just for you and your family or take a short walk to the community pool, playground and dock on the lake\.

Sunset Lakes is an upscale sought after gated community 70 – 80 miles away from Bush Gardens, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach and Kennedy Space Center and the Gulf Beaches \(Clearwater, St\. Pete, etc\) are roughly 90 miles\. The community surrounds two lakes with a conservation area, a community pool, community playground and public dock on the larger of the two lakes\. The community has become a haven for wildlife with common sightings of raccoons, armadillos, possums, and many different species of birds including the occasional Bald Eagles\.
