This ocean block 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath end unit townhouse features three levels of beach enjoyment including two kitchens, two separate living rooms, and 2 screened porches\. \. great for big families\. This large property offers plenty of room to spread out and enjoy with 5 Twin beds, 1 Queen, and 1 Queen Sofa\. All of the bedrooms have independent air conditioning, ceiling fans, a TV and ample closet space; the primary bedroom even has a walk\-in closet\. The second floor is a split level with a sunken living room and large dining room and kitchen with a charming enclosed porch for outdoor dining and relaxing\. The bedrooms offer private decks as well\. This townhouse also features a fenced in back yard, includes 1 Dewey Beach parking permit, 2 off street parking spaces and a one car garage \(for storage only\) with an extra shower for rinsing off the beach sand\! Other amenities include air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave all less than 80 steps from the beach\! NO Pets or Smoking Please\. Max occupancy is 8\. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement \(Responsible Guest\), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest\. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age\. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals \(a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests\), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age\. Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for each stay\. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent\. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\.
