## Description
Located in the Club Course section of Sea Pines, this home offers easy access to all of the amenities of Sea Pines, while still being close to the shops, dining, and activities located outside the Sea Pines gate, such as Coligny Plaza\.

This home features a large open concept living area, with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful decorative fireplace\. The kitchen is fully stocked and flows into the spacious dining area\. The living room has ample seating for the whole family and a large smart TV mounted above the fireplace\. Glass along the right side of the living space gives views of the beautiful screened pool area, with large amounts of outdoor living and dining space as well\. The master bedroom has a King bed, large flat screen TV and an ensuite bath with dual vanities and an open shower\. The 2nd bedroom has another King bed, flat screen TV, and there is another full bath with a combination tub and shower\. The third bedroom features 2 Queen beds and another full bath with glass door shower located just outside the bedroom\.
