## Description
Experience this fully renovated   3 bedroom, 3\.5 bathroom villa with the best golf course views from the fabulous screened\-in porch or large deck\!  Great location, just a short walk to the beach and steps to the community pool in Shipyard Plantation\! This three\-bedroom villa is beautifully renovated with a completely open floorplan that includes a huge island w/barstools and updated kitchen that opens to the large great room with plenty of seating around the dining table or on the large sectional sofa in front of the large TV\. 

The large screen porch and deck gives you additional living space to enjoy your visit to the beach with your family or friends\. Each of the 3 bedrooms have a king bed \(one with twin bunk beds\) and all have direct access to a full bath\. There is also a half bathroom on the main floor\.  The upstairs bedrooms each have a private deck\.  All bedrooms have TV’s as well as a TV in the great room and a TV in the screened in porch\!
