Beach Place \#102 \- Remodeled,  2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo complete with balcony view of popular John's Pass in southern Madeira Beach\. This ideally located condo includes heated beachside pool, BBQ grills and an on\-site coin laundry for your convenience\. Free Wifi\. Beach Place unit \#102 has one parking spot\. 

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed\. 

The spacious kitchen includes all utensils, coffee maker and microwave\. The living area provides comfortable, updated furnishings and television with DVD player, serving as a perfect spot to unwind after a fun filled day at the pool or beach\. Both bedrooms provide plenty of room as each has two queen beds, and television making accommodations perfect for families, a girl's or guy's getaway, family reunion or any special occasion\. Bathrooms are spacious, meticulously clean and linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon approval\.
