NOTICE TO GUEST STAYING IN MAY 2026:  The swimming pool will be undergoing a resurfacing project starting May 4, 2026 and will be closed for approximately 4 weeks\.
Madeira Norte is located directly on the sand along the award winning beaches of Madeira Beach, and just across the street from fabulous Johns Pass Village\.  

You'll enjoy all the area has to offer with a beachfront heated swimming pool, great restaurants, fishing, activities, museums, theme parks, sightseeing, and wonderful shopping\.
