The heart of the home features a spectacular open\-concept floor plan, seamlessly blending the gourmet kitchen, spacious living area, and dedicated dining space\. Gather your whole group for memorable meals around the large dining table, seating eight, making it ideal for everything from casual breakfasts to formal dinners\.

With five beautifully appointed bedrooms and two separate living areas, this property ensures plenty of space for everyone to relax\. The dual living spaces offer flexibility—one perfect for movie night, the other a peaceful spot for reading—guaranteeing privacy and comfort for large families or groups traveling together\. There's an outdoor shower and a community pool available to guest use\. Located close to Lewes Beach and a short drive to Cape Henlopen State Park this beach house is the ultimate setting for your next seaside vacation\.

This is one of our most popular rentals\! All TV's are Smart TV's for streaming purposes\. The owners provide a YouTube service for access to live TV\.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package\. Owner does provide 10 beach towels\.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement \(Responsible Guest\), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest\.  The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age\.  If the party is made up of unrelated individuals \(a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests\), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age\.
