This condo features three spacious bedrooms, two with En suite bathrooms, an amazing patio overlooking the pool, luxury finishes and décor, plus a 12x32 boat slip available for rent down at the community dock\! The Topsider Condo Complex features two beach\-style zero\-style entry pools with swim up tables and water loungers, community firepits, and elevators for stair\-free access\!

This gorgeous kitchen is as stylish as it is functional\. Featuring sleek black stainless\-steel appliances, granite countertops, an island, a Keurig coffee maker, ample counter space, and plenty of room for multiple cooks in the kitchen\. There is a breakfast bar with seating for four and a formal dining table with four chairs and bench style seating\. 

Living Room 

Step into a bright and inviting living space featuring floor\-to\-ceiling windows that frame a breathtaking view of the lake\. There is a plush sofa, oversized chair, an accent chair, and a flat screen TV mounted above the electric fireplace\. Sliding glass doors open to your private lakefront balcony\. 

Master Suite

Wake up to lake views in the master bedroom, which features a king\-sized bed, nightstands, and a mounted flat screen TV\. There is an attached master bath with a spacious double vanity sink, a large closet, and a walk\-in shower\.
