Oleander\! This picturesque, two\-story beach house was remodeled in 2019 and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a semi\-open kitchen, living and dining area\. The front door opens to the ground level of the home\. This floor features two of the guest bedrooms, as well as a guest bathroom & the laundry room with a washer & dryer\. The first bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds with full\-size beds on the bottom and twin size beds on the top\. The room has a flat\-screen TV and can sleep 6 children or teenagers comfortably\. The second guest room entails two full\-size beds and a flat\-screen TV\.The second level of this spacious beach house features the bright kitchen, dining and living area, as well as the third guest room and Master suite\. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with icemaker, built\-in microwave, dishwasher, oven & stove\. The cabinetry is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils and the large center island countertop provides ample space to make delicious home\-cooked meals\! The living room is just off the kitchen and dining area\. The flat\-screen TV is surrounded by a comfortable living room set where you can sit back and relax, or entertain family & friends\. Just down the hall, you'll find the third guest bedroom that features a queen\-size bed and flat\-screen TV, as well as the second guest bathroom\. Slip away into your elegant Master bedroom\!
