## Description
Welcome to Lake Winnisquam, this is an adorable pet friendly lake front cottage\.  Offering three bedrooms, and one bathroom\. There is an amazing porch that overlooks the lake\.  Enjoy the wooded picnic area, play a game over at the horseshoe pit, hang out and play on the small grassy yard\. There is a great concrete deck for relaxing by the water's edge, perfect place to catch some sun\. Just a few steps down there is a small private sandy beach area, enjoy the use of a private dock for your 13ft boat\. Perfect place to park the fishing boat in between trips out onto the lake\! 

There is one bedroom on the main level, and two bedrooms on the second floor\. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to whip up a great meal, there is a small dining table in the Kitchen for seating for six\. The living room offers seating and a great space to just chat and enjoy the company of others\. Hang out or have your coffee on the large screen porch with gorgeous views all day long of the Lake and Mountains\. Unplug from reality and just focus on the present and the gorgeous views and nature around you\! 

This wonderful getaway is exactly what you need if you are looking for a secluded stay, a way to reconnect with nature and loved ones \- you will be away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to downtown Laconia and many Lakes Region activities\.

This is a dog friendly home\! Up to two dogs are welcome\. There is a pet agreement that will need to be signed prior to arrival and a pet fee will be added to your reservation as well\. No other animals are allowed without specific approval\.

The driveway can accommodate up to 3 vehicles\.
