OCEAN VIEWS & COMMUNITY POOL  \. \. \. STEPS TO THE SAND AND BOARDWALK\. Mariner's Court is located in the ocean block between Laurel and Hickman Streets in South Rehoboth\. This one\-level unit is accessible by elevator or stairs and offers a large covered  balcony, wireless internet, two TVs, in\-unit washer and dryer, and shared community charcoal grills\. Two assigned parking spaces with a 6 foot 5 inch height limit and 2 Rehoboth Beach permits\. Available for full weeks in the summer as well as off\-season weeks and weekends\.  Guests pay a $150\.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights\. No pets or smoking please\.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.
