With a private entrance separate from the main home, this 866 sq\. ft\. attached 1 bedroom residence comes with a King bed in the bedroom, and the main living quarters has a queen bed and a Queen\-sized pull\-out couch, full bathroom and an outdoor patio with views of the surrounding Ponderosa Forest\. Make yourself at home with a kitchenette equipped with all the essentials, dining room table for two with two extra chairs, flat\-screen TV, and high\-end touches throughout\. The studio includes one designated parking spot in the driveway\. Overflow parking can be found at the Lake House parking lot, just a few minutes away\.
