\- The water level on Lake Hamilton is controlled by Entergy and is lowered in the fall when time changes and raised in the spring\. At the dock the spring/summer water level is about 7' and the fall/winter water level is about 4'
\- Your safety matters\. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: camera 1 is a doorbell camera facing the exterior front entry, and cameras 2 and 3 are in the treeline facing the driveway\. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces\. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
