Gorgeous Home with PRIVATE, heated in\-ground Pool\! In the beautiful residential community of Canal Corkran, this premier vacation home is located just a short walk or bike ride  to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Beach\.  Lovely home can be rented as a 5 bedroom home and you can also rent the "Studio" at an additional weekly price of $994/week with rental of main house only\. \(Please inquire\)  In total, there is enough room for you and 16 of your closest friends or family\!  Living spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors, 1st and 2nd floor master suites, a gourmet kitchen with a separate "catering" kitchen are just a few of the amenities offered\. Relax on the screened porch, patio or around the in\-ground swimming pool which is open from May 1 to Sept 30 \(heated to approximately 85 degrees Memorial Day to Labor Day\.  Please note that photos online include the studio/6th bedroom, which must be rented separately at an additional weekly charge\. Wireless Internet and 6 total parking spaces \(4 in driveway and 2 in garage\) are available\. \(Please note there will be a $75 weekly utility fee for charging electric vehicles\)\.  Guests staying under 7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee of $175\.00, $195\.00 if studio is included\. Sorry, No Pets\.
