## Description
This beach\-themed 2\-bedroom, 2\-bath villa in Palmetto Dunes offers a fantastic pool and ocean views\. You will have no problem relaxing while listening to the waves from two oceanfront balconies\. Gain access to the balconies from both bedrooms and the living room\. The open floor plan allows for breathtaking views of the pool and ocean from every room\. The living room features a wall\-mounted flat\-screen TV, all new floors throughout and a queen sleeper sofa\. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom are each outfitted with king bedding and a private bathroom with a walk\-in shower and garden tub\. The guest bedroom also contains a twin sleeper sofa\.

Villamare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean and is convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers\. In addition to its fabulous location, Villamare also offers an on\-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, as well as a gorgeous oceanfront pool\. You can't go wrong with Villamare\!

 What to Expect
•	Work hours will be 9:00 a\.m\. to 5:00 p\.m\.
•	Areas with cracks or holes will be sanded; this process will involve dust and loud noise\.
•	The painting process takes approximately one hour per area\. Wet areas will be clearly marked and reopened once dry\.
•	A strong paint odor should be expected and may linger for up to two hours\.
