The top floor has a master bathroom with a full bathroom as well as another kitchen, dining area and living room\. Views are beautiful from the outside spaces and rooftop deck\! All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package\. Dog Friendly with non\-refundable fee and signed addendum \(1 dog allowed unless previous approval from owner\) Ask your agent for details Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000\.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000\.00\.
