## Description
1st floor 2\-bedroom, 2\-bath villa in Palmetto Dunes\. You will have no problem relaxing while listening to the waves of the Atlantic from the two balconies, which are accessible from both bedrooms and the living room\. The open floor plan allows ample space for group gatherings, while the bedrooms provide private retreats\.   The master suite offers a private bathroom,  with a walk\-in shower, and a garden tub\. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with two queen beds\. The private bathroom has a walk\-in shower, and a garden tub\. 

Villamare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean\. It's convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers\. In addition to its fabulous location, Villamare also offers an on\-site fitness center, an indoor heated pool, as well as a gorgeous oceanfront pool\. You can't go wrong with Villamare\!  

\*HALLWAY FLOOR PAINTING TO BEGIN APRIL 13, starting with Building 3\.  Crews will work from the 5th floor downward\. Each building is expected to take approximately one week to complete\. 
 What to Expect
•	Work hours will be 9:00 a\.m\. to 5:00 p\.m\.
•	Areas with cracks or holes will be sanded; this process will involve dust and loud noise\.
•	The painting process takes approximately one hour per area\. Wet areas will be clearly marked and reopened once dry\.
•	A strong paint odor should be expected and may linger for up to two hours\.
