From this location you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach \(45\-minute bike\-ride one direction\) along the oceanfront boardwalk\. However, with more than 30\+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand\-Up\-Paddle\-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far\!

Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM\. No patio noise is permitted between these hours\. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements\.

Pet Policy
This property accepts one \(1\) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees\. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking\. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager\. Pets must not be left unattended\.
