This cozy little pet\-friendly cottage is just across the street from beach access and is nestled into the perfect spot to easily walk to beachfront restaurants, Fort Clinch State Park, and Main Beach\. Plus, Egan's Creek Greenway, the Amelia Island Lighthouse \(the oldest existing one in the state of Florida\), and Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach are just a short drive or leisurely bike ride away\!

Enjoy this freshly furnished and gorgeously re\-decorated cottage with a private, enclosed backyard\! Grill out on the back deck after a day spent on the beautiful beach or exploring the island\!

The half bath leads out to a spacious outdoor shower, which is also accessible through the backyard and is perfect for rinsing sand off\.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are ideal for families making meals or just whipping up a quick snack\. The full\-capacity washer and dryer make it easy to clean clothes, towels, sheets, or any other fabrics\.

When the day draws to a close, guests can sleep deeply in the king size bed in the main bedroom, the queen in the second bedroom, or on the trundle bed in the flex space \(which pulls out to include two twin beds\)\.

The front porch offers peek\-a\-boo ocean views, making it a great place to sip your coffee while watching the sunrise\. The circular driveway out front is ideal for safely entering and exiting the property\.

Bike rentals are available nearby and there are various public golf courses on the island\. Please inquire for additional information\.

Please note that only dogs are considered and they must be approved by management\. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions\. A $150 nonrefundable fee will be required per dog and guests must sign the pet agreement\. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created\. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs\. No cats or other pets will be considered\.
