116 Laurel St\.\- What an awesome location\! This home is located on a perfect street for walking to town and to the beach\. There is a spacious back deck and yard, ideal for friends and family to gather and pets to play\. The home includes 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms\. The living area opens onto the comfortable screened porch where summer evenings will definitely be enjoyed\! The home has a dining room that leads out to the back deck and opens into the kitchen\. Outside there is an enclosed outside shower to wash off the sand and plenty of parking in the private driveway\. What more could you want? A perfect home for making memories and enjoying all Rehoboth has to offer\. This home is pet friendly with a $300 non\-refundable pet fee per pet, dogs only\.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay\. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $247\.50\.
