Are you looking for a rental for a few nights or several weeks? You have found the perfect place\. Just listed in the nick of time for Memorial Day weekend and ready for summer guests\. A completely renovated second floor apartment that is complete with the perfect outdoor deck\. As you walk up the staircase you will find a relaxing oasis\. The deck is wonderful for summer morning coffee and game nights on the outdoor table\. In addition to the outdoor seating there is a table in the kitchen\. Complete with a comfortable living space and a primary bedroom and bath\. There are two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom\. The owner provides two on street parking permits\. Parking is not allowed in the driveway\.

Nightly rentals permitted with a 2 night minimum\. Weekly discounts for 7 night stays\.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager\. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled\.
