A fabulous 2nd floor 2\-bedroom, 2\-bath villa in Palmetto Dunes\. Only steps from the beach, you will have no problem relaxing\! Enjoy your morning coffee from the two balconies while listening to the waves\. Access the balconies from both bedrooms, as well as the living room\. The open floor plan of the living area allows ample space for group gatherings, while the bedrooms provide private retreats\. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances\. The soothing living room features a wall\-mounted flat\-screen TV and comfortable furnishings\. The king master suite has a private bathroom with a walk\-in shower\. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with two queen beds and an upgraded private bathroom\.

Villamare is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Atlantic Ocean and is convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers\.  What to Expect
•	Work hours will be 9:00 a\.m\. to 5:00 p\.m\.
•	Areas with cracks or holes will be sanded; this process will involve dust and loud noise\.
•	The painting process takes approximately one hour per area\. Wet areas will be clearly marked and reopened once dry\.
•	A strong paint odor should be expected and may linger for up to two hours\.
