Exquisite ocean front home with approx 3000 sq ft features expansive ocean views throughout and upscale amenities\. Living room features comfortable seating with ocean views and cozy fireplace\. Additional family room is equipped with a 47" flat screen TV with cable and VCR/DVD, plus free wi\-fi\. Dining table seats 8 with an additional 4 in the breakfast nook\. Master bedroom w/King bed features ocean views, master bath, flat screen TV with 100 channels of cable TV\. Full bathroom off the hall next to 2nd bedroom with queen bed\.  Third bedroom has the 2 sets of bunk beds \(4 twins\) for the kids\. Downstairs the basement renovation includes another small bedroom with a double bed, full bathroom and kid friendly play area with a Queen bed,  sofas and chairs\. The large screen \(47"\) here has no cable, but can be used for VCR/DVD watching or game consoles\. Deck includes outdoor chairs and charcoal BBQ not to mention fantastic views of the beach and Tillamook Head\. An absolute treasure waiting for you to enjoy\! Parking for 4\-5 cars, no smoking,  1 Pet OK with permission and  $75 non\-refundable pet fee\.   The pet fee will be added after the reservation has been confirmed and it has been determined that the pet is approved\. MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY\.
