Kitchen includes dishwasher, gas range, microwave, and all cookware, glasses, dishes, etc\.  Bathroom has tub/shower combo, and bedroom has a flat screen TV\.  Bedroom has sliders to a private deck, which then opens up to the grassy back yard\.  The other unit \(A\) will be vacant during your stay at all times, so it's completely private for  you\!  Just steps to the Promenade and Beach Access/View, not to mention Restaurant in the Best Western Hotel at the end of the street, you'll have access to restaurant/bar within steps,  or stroll down just 4 blocks on the Prom to take in the famous Turnaround, many more restaurants and shops, the Arcade, Times Theater and Movie House\.  So much to do and see and you are just a short walk to EVERYTHING\! Parking for 2 vehicles NO SMOKING NO PETS\. MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY\.
