Lovely, newly renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath home located across the street from Rio Del Mar Beach\. High ceilings throughout with a bright open living space and enclosed upper deck offering outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue\. Great views from deck and living room\. Right next door to Cafe Rio Restaurant, Flats Bistro, Pixie Deli, and Rio Market\. Less than one mile to Rancho Del Mar shopping center and Deer Park Shopping Center, which offers a multitude of shops, restaurants and grocery stores\. This home also offers secured gated parking for 2 cars\. Entire living space and bedrooms are all upstairs, please note that if you have anyone who cannot go upstairs easily\. There are 2 queen rooms upstairs as well as a full bath with tub shower\. There is also a queen aerobed should you have an extra guest\. This home also offers a separate laundry room with additional storage\. Should you have a larger group, check out 137 Esplanade\.  This home is next door and and makes a great vacation spot for larger families when you rent both homes\.
