## Description
Come and enjoy our cozy mountain condo and all the amenities that Viewpoint has to offer\.  You can't beat the location with easy access, no stairs, parking right in front, view of the mountains, and short walk to the Village or if you prefer, there is a bus stop just down in front\. 



We are new owners and are making some fantastic improvements\.  Inside the unit there is a new 50" 4K TV, California King bed, gourmet pots/pans, Vitamix blender, and much more\. For the total mountain experience, there is a wood burning fireplace and firewood at no cost\.
