Saturday \- Saturday during Summer\. 4 night minimum Holidays\. 3 night minimum off\-season\.
Spacious 3 bedroom, 1 bath home located right across from Rio Del Mar Beach\.  Enclosed upper deck with outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue with great views\.  Right next door to Cafe Rio restaurant, Flats Bistro, Pixie Deli, and Rio Market\. Less than one mile to Rancho Del Mar shopping center and Deer Park Shopping Center which offers a multitude of shops, restaurants and grocery stores\. This home also offers secured gated parking for 2 cars\. There are 2 king bedrooms upstairs facing the back alley and one full bath with tub/shower combo as well\. The third bonus room is downstairs and offers 2 twin over full bunks\. There is a stack washer/dryer also located downstairs in the entry\. Outdoor shower is located just outside the back door in parking area\. Should you have a larger group, check out 133 Esplanade\.  This home is next door and and makes a great vacation spot for larger families when you rent both homes\.
