With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, the property comfortably sleeps eight\. The den’s sofa converts to a queen bed creating a first\-floor sleeping option\. Adjacent to the cozy living room is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a formal dining area\. The sunroom is the perfect space to curl up with a book\. The den has plenty of floor space and a flat\-screen TV, which is perfect for plugging in your favorite gaming station\. The living room, den, and master suite televisions are equipped with Hulu Live TV and access to all other Hulu content\. The house also features a private backyard with a grill and outdoor seating, screened\-in gazebo with a dining table for eight, and lounge chairs and umbrellas\. The property has parking for two cars\. The beach is just a 5\-minute bike ride away and there are several local attractions, such as Cape Henlopen State Park and the Lewes\-Cape May Ferry, within a short driving distance\. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package\.
