This Seagrove home with a private pool and access to two community pools sleeps up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft/bunk room\. It’s dog\-friendly and comes with 5 bikes for exploring the area, plus a six\-seater golf cart for convenient access around the community and nearby beach areas\. The main living space combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a comfortable place for everyone to gather\. Spend an evening watching a movie on the large TV or enjoy a home\-cooked meal \(or takeout\) at the dining table for 6, with 3 additional seats at the kitchen counter\. Bedroom 1 is located on the 1st floor and features a twin\-over\-full bunk bed, a compact shower, a closet, and a TV, perfect for children but a bit snug for adults\. Three more bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, and the sleeping loft is on the 3rd floor, accessed by a charming spiral staircase\.
