OCEAN BLOCK CLASSIC\!  This lovely ocean block home is steps to the beach and just a short walk to the Boardwalk and in\-town Rehoboth\!  Spacious and inviting, this two\-story home offers a large dining room and open living room for gatherings\. The house is set up for a large family or group; the perfect setting to play play cards, watch movies, work on puzzles after a day on the beach\.  You'll love the WiFI and smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows on a cloudy day\.  Off\-street parking for four cars in the driveway\. House has two full baths plus three half baths and a shared outdoor shower\.  \(3 of the bedrooms have an en\-suite half\-bath\.\) The City of Rehoboth has approved an occupancy of 15 guests\! No Pets or Smoking please\. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit\.  We also accept personal checks for final payments\.  Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check\-in date\.  NOTE:  Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card\.  You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online\.
