## Description
This beach\-chic townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of South Beach\! Just steps to the beach and South Beach Marina Village with it's shops, restaurants, watersport activities, and tennis courts; you will never be at a loss for what to do\!

The on\-site pool will open in April 2025, and swimming is allowed from 8:00 a\.m\. until SUNSET\.  The pool will close for the season on September 30th, 2025, and pool will reopen in 2026\.  Open date has not been released for 2026\.
